P024 The Narrow Gate
Mat 7:13 "Go in through the narrow gate; for the gate that leads to destruction is wide and the road broad, and many travel it;
Mat 7:14 but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Without the knowledge of the TORAH you have absolutely no idea what Yeshua the Messiah is talking about in the passage. REMEMBER Yeshua came for the Jewish people and He was only speaking with Jewish people when He said these words 2000 years ago. To understand what is being said here we must place ourselves back in that time period and in that culture, in Israel.
Yeshua said “Things that lead to life”. What would that mean to a Jew who is a TORAH keeper. Yes Yeshua did and still does keep HIS TORAH. Yeshua then said “Only a few find it” Why? Why does this road have to be so hard. That is not nice of Him to say. The road has to be hard because the rewards are incredible. Find out what Yeshua the Messiah meant when He said Go in through the narrow gate.
