Mat 5:4  "How blessed are those who mourn! for they will be comforted.  

 

Seems odd that Yeshua would say your so blessed for the pagans have killed your love ones? Seems odd that Yeshua would say your so blessed because you Mom and Dad are dead?

 

So what does it really mean?

 

Mourn  G3996  πενθέω pen-theh'-o Thayer Definition: 1) to mourn 2) to mourn for, lament one 3) to grieve (the feeling or the act): - mourn, (be-) wail
