MESSIANIC LESSON

860 NO EXCUSES

SYNOPSIS: Jas 4:17  So then, anyone who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it is committing a sin. What we are going to study in this HaShabbat lesson is about personal responsibility. We are being told by Ya’akov that anyone Jew or Gentile knows the right biblical thing to do and fails to do it, is committing a sin. So let us ask a question; What is the right thing to do? What if I don’t know am I still responsible? How important to all this is the oral law?

HASHABBAT LESSON 1: KNOWING THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Ya’akov (James) 4:17 anyone who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it. Luke 12:47-48 didn't prepare or act according to his will. Yochanan (Jn) 3:1-7 what does it really mean to be born again? Yochanan (Jn) 9:39-41 your guilt remains. Yochanan (Jn) 15:18-22 now, they have no excuse for their sin. B’resheet (Gen) 2:15-25 You are not to eat from it. B’resheet (Gen) 3:1-19 Have you eaten from the tree from which I ordered you not to eat? Ya’akov (James) 4:1-7 Therefore, submit to God.
